By requesting services from Ernesto Najera Gutters, LLC, you agree to the following terms.
Estimates
All estimates are provided based on information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may change if additional materials or repairs are required.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If materials have already been purchased or gutters fabricated for the project, cancellation fees may apply.
Property Conditions
Ernesto Najera Gutters is not responsible for pre-existing roof, fascia, soffit, or structural damage discovered during installation or cleaning services.
Any additional repairs needed will be discussed with the homeowner before work proceeds.
